"How do we engage fellow human being to come together, taking each tiny step as a fun exploration and experiment to make our place more liveable and lovable?"

Mooted since the implementation of Movement Control Order in year 2020, the group explores various fun and exploratory ways to engage fellow human beings on generating open-minded discussion and participation in social, environmental and economy development (SEED). Thus the group decided to name themselves generaSEED.

generaSEED consists of a group of Penang-based young adults who seek to encourage active public participation in Social, Environment and Economy Development in our homeland.

They are currently working on awareness-raising about community involvement in river management and single-use plastics.
